SPRING Technologies with SICOM nominated for INNOVATION Awards 2012 at Industrie Paris 2012
The selection of the SICOM solution from 128 submissions from 95 companies proves SPRING Technologies' superior capacity to innovate
SPRING Technologies is a major player in the market for simulation and optimization software dedicated to production processes and resources. It is one of five companies that have just been shortlisted in the "Productivity" category of France's Trophées de l'Innovation INDUSTRIE 2012 award.
The selected product is its new solution called SICOM (Scalable and Interoperable Corrective Maintenance).
On February 13 2012, a jury of leading trade journalists specialized in a range of industrial sectors examined 128 submissions before shortlisting 19 innovations in 5 categories (environment, ergonomics, productivity, technologies and safety/security). The innovations will be competing for the prestigious Trophées de l'Innovation INDUSTRIE 2012 award and 5 of the 19 companies will be spotlighted on Tuesday March 27 at the exhibitors' gala evening at Salon Industrie, Paris-Nord Villepinte.
SPRING extends NCSIMUL SOLUTIONS with SICOM
SPRING has unveiled SICOM, a solution that delivers real-time management of corrective maintenance processes in the machining workshops, while enhancing their performance.
SICOM is instrumented, interconnected and intelligent, enabling real-time management and predictive optimization of corrective maintenance processes, minimizing NC machine-tool downtime and reducing the amount of time spent on maintenance operations.
